Today’s game features two new coaches, with Vance Joseph taking over the reigns at the Denver Broncos, and Anthony Lynn heading the LA Chargers. It should be an intriguing match up with both new coaches desperate to get their seasons off to the right start.

These two teams should be familiar with one another though, and this will be the 115th regular season match up between the Broncos and Chargers. In the series the Broncos have the edge, leading 63-50-1, and they will be favorites to claim the victory here today at Sports Authority Field.

Denver will have four new starters in their offense, with rookie left tackle Garrett Bolles and right tackle Menelik Watson entering the fray. Bolles will be excited to take to the field tonight. He had a fantastic pre-season and looked impressive, and no doubt he will want to continue that form in this nationally televised Monday Night game.

However, Bolles and Menelik will have to get the better of the Chargers strong pass rushers in Joey Bosa, and Melvin Ingram.

The LA Chargers need to find a way to get their noses in front early on, and not allow the Broncos to dictate the pace of the game to them. If the Broncos get themselves out in front at the start of the game, it could lead to a long night for the Chargers.
